I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.

Here is one quote, one question and one idea to contemplate.

"I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious."

- Albert Einstein

What do you hope to understand about those you encounter today?

Curiosity is a pursuit that drives understanding, both of ourselves and others. It goes beyond gathering knowledge; it's a way of engaging with others and exploring new ideas and experiences. The beauty of curiosity lies in the fact that it’s not a talent, but a skill we can build and refine through a willingness to consider and embrace what we don’t know. In doing so, we expand our ability to understand and connect, leaving us enriched by what we learn through our encounters.

In my experience working with teams, leaders, and organizations, I've seen how curiosity sparks understanding, of both ourselves and others, making engagement easier. I invite you to explore how this skill might enrich your own efforts. If you’d like to do that exploration together, please reach out. I’d be delighted to connect.

Until next time,

Maria
