The Joy of Understanding
Here is one quote, one question and one idea to contemplate.
"The noblest pleasure is the joy of understanding."
- Leonardo da Vinci
How can I make today’s interactions about understanding?
Making our interactions about understanding can open up the possibility of connection and engaging experiences with others. Consider what questions you could ask today to show you are interested in what someone is thinking, their ideas, insights and perspectives. The practice of curiosity helps us find the joy of understanding, enhancing the quality of our interactions with others.
Until next time,
Maria
