Discerners
Discerners are truth-seekers and perspective-revealers. They value clarity, candor, and depth—and are often the ones naming the thing that others are hesitant to say. Discerners challenge assumptions and ask tough questions, not to stir conflict, but to bring forward insight, integrity, and growth. They hold high standards for authenticity and alignment.
Stewards
Stewards lead through quiet presence and deep care. They don’t seek the spotlight, but their impact is felt in the way they hold space, offer calm, and gently guide others. Rooted in humility and grounded awareness, Stewards bring emotional steadiness to teams and relationships. They model integrity through consistent, relational actions and make others feel safe, supported, and seen.
Strategists
Strategists are focused, forward-thinking, and driven by purpose. They often see the big picture clearly and can distill complex problems into actionable plans. With a strong sense of autonomy and vision, Strategists excel at navigating systems, setting priorities, and achieving outcomes. They bring clarity and efficiency, often helping teams stay aligned with the broader goal.
Aligner
Aligners are the emotional glue of a team. Attuned to the needs and dynamics of others, they work to create harmony, inclusion, and a sense of shared purpose. They often sense tension before it’s spoken and are driven to bridge gaps—between people, perspectives, or priorities. Aligners value belonging and strive to ensure everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
Activators
Activators are doers by nature. They thrive on momentum, clarity, and getting things moving. Seekers

Seekers are often the ones asking thoughtful questions, noticing what’s unspoken, and trying to connect dots others may not yet see. Guardians
Guardians are the reliable heartbeat of a team. Grounded in their values, they bring steadiness, structure, and predictability to the workplace. Their presence often creates a sense of safety—people know what to expect. Guardians often feel responsible for protecting the integrity of the work and the well-being of the people involved. They hold high standards, take pride in following through, and lead with calm, measured energy.
